I did mention several times that I thought the game was good, which I still do, though. I found there were problems with it, though. These things happen - no games are perfect.

If there are things I missed, would you mind saying what they were? I am honestly curious - it's possible I noticed them and discounted them, or noticed them and decided not to mention them in the review, or simply didn't notice them. These dissections aren't meant to be reviews in any way, I'm not saying "this game is good and this isn't" (I'd actually consider Aquaria a more fun game than Professor Layton) - I'm really just analyzing the parts of a game that I felt I learned the most from.

Yeah.

It just sounds like you missed a lot. Not in terms of content, but in terms of understanding it. Its more just a shame than anything else. Makes you feel kinda shitty as a creator to know that someone else played your game, got stuck on a few things that annoyed them, missed the things that you as a creator found interesting about it and then defined the overall experience by their annoyances.

Yes, I did. As I remember there was a "second ending" that I never reached, and I didn't collect all the collectibles, but then again that's why I'm saying I didn't 100% it.

If you've got objections, lemme know what - these dissections are not set in stone and I'd love to hear what the creators of these various games think of my analysis.
