High score table will definitely be a feature on the iPhone version. Maybe an online highscore table as well. I've come up with a few neat ideas that might make the game a little longer-lasting.

I've seen that bug before, but I've seen it with a text editor and Firefox. I suspect it's actually a Firefox bug. In my case, I've seen it with scrollwheel, but I suspect it's the exact same issue.

No idea what's going on with the laptop. ;)

I probably won't be modifying the current version any further, I'm done with it entirely. We'll see if I get an iPhone version working.

Great can't wait to get it on the iphone...

Could you please make it keep track of a highest score table that persists - useful for those of us who still haven't won it...

I just managed to reproduce the mouse click bug. When the game is on the game over screen with your highest score, waiting for you to click to restart, and the game window has the focus, then I restored a minimized Firefox session from the Windows task bar by left clicking, and the game restarts.

My friends laptop has a trackpad and he cannot play the game as it doesn't detect mouse clicks. He tried with a USB mouse but that didn't work either.

I've actually just gone and picked up a Mac Mini to play around with making it into an iPhone game, I keep coming up with neat mechanics I can do with multitouch. We'll see. :)

The smoke clouds are meant to be unexpectedly lethal - there's definitely strategy involved as to when you should be adding another digit, since it does make you quite vulnerable. I'm not entirely satisfied with the 30-second-timeout, though - it makes things like that *too* lethal, since you need to play near-perfect to recover from losing two digits.

I dunno, I'll have to play around with it.

I have no idea what's up with the mouseclick focus issue but I'll see if I can duplicate it and fix it for the next game.

Definitely your best game so far, really fun and addictive. I strongly recommend you turn this into an iphone game...

I do find the train smoke clouds can be unnecessarily lethal at times, for example if you had 102, and the smoke clouds hit the 1, then the 1 disappears, leaving just the zero, which then disappears, leaving just 2. It would be more consistent if the 0 became a 9 (i.e. leaving u with 92) as in all other cases the smoke clouds reduce the digit at that point by 1 and carry over from the left, if you see what I mean...

A few interface issues - my friend was unable to play it at all on his laptop as it didn't pick up the mouse clicks. I also found it too sensitive on the game over screen where it can detect mouse clicks when the application isn't in focus.

You could always name the main character Arthur. That would make it an Art game.

I do like this game better than the other ones. Honestly, if you aren't too good at art, making some more abstract art can make a game's visuals easier to work with. Or perhaps going for the retro-style.
As for the theme, I don't like it much either. Although you could try a parody of the theme. :)
